Ingredients

  • 300g Greek yoghurt
  • 90ml black coffee
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 tsp maple syrup

Allergens are marked in bold.

Method

1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the cacao powder until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture evenly into serving bowls or jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until it thickens.
3. Just before serving, generously dust the top with cacao powder. Enjoy!
