Ingredients

  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 200g strawberries
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (ground)

Allergens are marked in bold.

Method

1. Hull and cut the strawberries into smaller pieces.
2. Divide the ricotta into two serving bowls or plates. Drizzle over the tahini and add the strawberries.
3. Garnish with the flaked almonds and cinnamon and serve.
