Ingredients

  • 350g cherries (frozen)
  • 150ml kefir (drink)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs

Allergens are marked in bold.

Method

1. Blend the frozen cherries with the kefir until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too soft, transfer it to a container and freeze for up to 1 hour to firm up slightly.
2. Scoop into serving cups and top with the cacao nibs, flaked almonds, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy immediately.
Note: Don’t leave it in the freezer for longer than 1 hour, or it will become too hard to scoop.
